Design Concept
This is the fun part where we talk about your ideas and vision for your space. We will discuss who your target guest is and how we can attract and cater to them. Share inspiration photos, Pinterest boards and color preferences or if you are a blank slate and not sure where to start that’s ok too, we will provide you with the design concept.
Budget and Timeline
Down to the nitty gritty of what your budget is for the project and what timeline to expect from beginning to end.
Mood Board and Space Planning
We will provide concept mood boards and furniture layouts for each room of your property. This includes furniture, light fixtures, decor, paint colors or wallpaper.
Sourcing & Ordering
Once we finalize your unique design, we will handle all sourcing, ordering, and tracking of furniture, décor and hosting essentials which includes the kitchen, bathroom, and bedding items you will need to be rental-ready for your guests.
The Set Up
As part of our full-service design package, our team will stage all furniture and set up your space so that it is guest and photo ready. We coordinate the photo shoot with the photographer and ensure that important shots are captured.

THE VIRTUAL DESIGN
Ideal for someone who wants to be more hands on but still needs guidance and direction. This includes everything in The Full Design Package except The Set up and the Sourcing & Ordering step. We will provide you with a product order list with links to purchase each item, so you have everything you need to complete the project on your own.
ELEVATE YOUR EXISTING DESIGN
Ready to take your existing listing to the next level? We will start off by analyzing your listing to see how we can optimize and make the most impactful improvements; what works and what doesn’t and are there any items we can use with your new design. After these objectives are determined the steps are essentially the same as the Full Design or Virtual Design package.
RENOVATION DESIGN
Does your property need some cosmetic upgrades before we even talk about the furniture? We are here to help. In addition to steps 1,2,3 and 4 of The Full-Service Design Package we will complete all material selections (Flooring, tile, vanities, countertops, cabinets, lighting, hardware, paint colors) and handle aspects of project management, including communicating with the contractors and sub-contractors.
MANAGEMENT
The management package can go in conjunction with any of the above packages. This is for someone who feels overwhelmed or just does not have the time or desire to create and manage their listing. As a Super Host, we know how to create a compelling listing that includes the property description, property rules and an effective guidebook. We manage your listing on each platform and communicate with guests and cleaners as well as optimize pricing.
